Controller and scope
Marcos Furco, General Fernández Oro, Río Negro, Argentina, is responsible for Furcash. This policy describes data handling in the Android app ar.com.furcodetech.furcash and on this page.
Privacy and support contact: furcash@furcode.com.ar. Furcash is intended for people aged 18 or older. Some features require a compatible version, a connection, consent and an enabled service.
Your ledger and local features
You can use the local ledger without creating a Furcash account. Financial accounts, transactions, amounts, dates, notes, categories, budgets, goals, cards, installments, loans and preferences are stored in private device storage. Ledger calculations run there.
OCR extracts text from an image on the device. The QR reader processes a temporary frame. If you enable the notification reader, it processes titles and text locally from the apps you allowed. These inputs produce proposals that you can review before saving a transaction.
Imports, exports and backups to a destination you choose can involve an external file provider. That provider applies its own terms. Premium automatic backup encrypts the file before writing it to the selected destination.
Google account, synchronization and groups
If you choose to sign in and use cloud features, Google provides proof of identity. The backend verifies the account identifier and verified email and manages session credentials. Furcash does not receive your Google password.
Synchronization transmits personal-space records needed to update your devices. Groups transmit shared-ledger data, participants, invitations, amounts, allocations and notes. Other group members can access shared information according to their permissions.
The backend infrastructure is hosted by Hostinger. Account and service data are processed for the features you choose, along with technical information needed for authentication, security and operation.
Subscriptions and purchase verification
Google Play processes payments. Furcash receives a purchase identifier to verify Premium's product, status and validity with Google Play. Play Integrity supplies app and device integrity information for those checks.
The service retains limited purchase, verification and anti-replay records. It does not receive your card details. Deleting a Furcash account does not itself cancel a subscription: you can manage or cancel it in Google Play.
AI assistance and assisted receipt reading
Remote AI is optional and requires separate consent when available. The assistant performs guided tasks. The backend calculates required personal-space facts and may send OpenRouter the task, period, currency, summarized amounts and required codes. Groq is the intended model-processing provider.
The assistant does not send the full ledger, names, notes, images or purchase identifiers as query content. Responses are checked against calculated facts and do not create or change transactions automatically.
For assisted receipt reading, the image stays on the device. After your choice and consent, a limited, filtered OCR excerpt may be sent to propose merchant, date and total. Filtering reduces identifying data without guaranteeing all text is anonymous. You review the result before saving.
The backend requests allowed provider routes, no collection for training and zero retention per request. Those routing conditions do not anonymize the data. Feature results, states and abuse controls may be retained in Furcash; you can withdraw AI consent in the app.
Ads, consent and rewards
Furcash integrates Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP). For enabled advertising features, UMP obtains consent status and presents relevant choices. Ads are requested only when UMP permits it. You can access privacy options in the app when required.
The advertising SDK may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and app or device identifiers according to permissions and configuration. The prepared Furcash version excludes Android's advertising-ID access permission; other technical SDK processing still applies.
Furcash does not provide your ledger, amounts, categories, images or OCR text as advertising-targeting parameters. Premium does not request ads. A voluntary rewarded-ad attempt uses an opaque identifier. Credit requires server verification; the phone's callback alone cannot grant it.
Providers, permissions and security
Google provides identity, Play Billing, Play Integrity, AdMob, UMP and ML Kit. Although text and barcode recognition run locally, ML Kit may process technical device, app, usage, performance and error information.
Hostinger provides backend infrastructure. OpenRouter and Groq participate when you use enabled remote AI features. Providers may operate in different countries and use of these features may involve international data transfers.
Camera, notifications, special notification-reader access and biometrics are optional. Manual entry remains available if you decline them. Android manages biometrics; Furcash does not receive a copy of your fingerprint or face.
Service communications use HTTPS. Local data is stored in Android's private space and encrypted-backup keys are managed with Android Keystore. Security also depends on your device, export destinations and external services.
Retention and deletion
The local ledger remains until edited or deleted, removed from trash, cleared in Android settings or uninstalled. Exported files and backups at other destinations are managed there.
Cloud data is retained for your account's features and is included in account deletion. Purchase anti-fraud records and protected service backups are not deleted automatically by that request. Anti-fraud records may retain a purchase-identifier hash, a pseudonymous identity and state; this association is not presented as anonymous.
Technical data and results needed to operate a feature or handle a request can be treated differently from the active ledger. You can ask about retention and request additional deletion through the listed contact. A logical expiry date does not promise immediate physical deletion from every backup.
How to request account deletion
In a version with accounts enabled, open Account → Delete account and confirm the same Google account. The request revokes access and starts deleting personal cloud space, sessions, consents and associated AI/reward results. Processing can continue after a service restart.
Shared history retains amounts, allocations and notes and replaces the participant identity with Deleted account. Owned groups are archived. You can transfer ownership before deleting the account. Other local identities and Guest data are preserved.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through the privacy contact. Include the account email and the subject Furcash account deletion. We need to verify account ownership; do not send passwords, access codes or card details.
Questions, rights and changes
You can request information, access, correction or deletion of data controlled by Furcash and ask privacy questions through the listed contact. The app also lets you export records and withdraw AI consent. Advertising-consent choices are handled by UMP and available settings.
This page includes no analytics, ads, forms or third-party tracking resources. The server processes the IP address and request needed to deliver it and may create technical operation and security logs.
Material changes to providers, purposes or data flows require updates to this policy and, when applicable, notice or renewed consent.
